Please note that herbal medicine can be a medium term therapy, talk to me about what you can afford as it is important that you have medicines for at least 3 months in most cases. I generally reduce consultations after a while so you just have medicines to pay for with occasional check ins.

I live on the Essex/ Suffolk Boarder but we can discuss use of digital communication after a face to face initial consultation.

Swedish massage trained but with an intuitive deep tissue style that often pinpoints, holds and allows you to breath out the tension. I love using the scent of oils and whilst the massage is an hour, please give yourself extra time to not feel rushed, to chat beforehand on initial consultations and to take a walk afterwards before returning to cars and 'life'.

I have been charging £50 for many years and discount for multiple bookings £130 for 3. This suits my clients who often come regularly.

I work mainly with men, but gender is irrelevant when your muscles are sore.
