Welcome to Herbal Medicine. My name is Dan Wheals. Since 2007, I have treated people with plant based herbal medicines. Please read about what I do and contact me for a free chat to discuss if seeing a herbalist is right for you. We'll take it from there.  

Please note that herbal medicine can be a medium term therapy, talk to me about what you can afford as it is important that you have medicines for at least 3 months in most cases. I generally reduce consultations after a while so you just have medicines to pay for with occasional check ins.  

I live on the Essex/ Suffolk Boarder but we can discuss use of digital communication after a face to face initial consultation.

Garden Therapy

I work with all ages in my garden or in yours with a therapeutic focus. 

Something about soil and nature allows folk to open up. 

It is not counselling but is more active listening whilst in the garden. I facilitate you with gardening -so you get to do it. Often older gardeners get to sort out their garden, have exercise and a sense of achievement. Others like to chat through their worries.
